8 miles up Days Canyon and out Kirklands with Courtney, Spencer and Adriane.  I wore the 12 lb Body Glove weight vest to further strengthen and prepare for next week's race.  1 hr 55 min to finish but we did stop at the top for a while and take pictures and conversate and I did not stop Garmin.  Fun run.
