Love the new Perigrines. 4.25 miles up a single track above my house. Some super tough incline up, so steep in a lot of areas it is all I could do to keep a 20 minute pace power hike going. Seeing a lot of improvement on my incline, finished up 4.25 in 55 minutes, had a couple of steady miles on the way down at least where it was not so steep that you could keep a pace without being dangerous. Finished up in the basement gym with core and 3 sets of upper body rounds with weights. |
