Up Hobble Creek Trail. Hit about 3 inches of snow on the trail about half way up. It was pretty cool running in the snow for the first time this season. Nice slow run. 9 min AP. |

| 14 degrees when I passed CB&T sign on my first mile. Running towards the mouth of Spanish Fork Canyon with a nice little breeze that made it feel like zero degrees. Way out was brutal but once I flipped and had the wind at my back it made it much more bearable. I had ice cickles hanging from my ear phones when I got home and I was steaming at the front door, my kids think I'm a nut. |

| Beautiful day. Have not ran for a week due to holiday schedule but back on it now. Just over 8 miles at 8:16 AP and the weather was perfect. Perfect X-Mas and looking forward to a great 2012. |

Last run of 2011 - Nice day, a little cold taking off running into the wind but the return trip with run at my back was great. 8:40 AP which I am ok with for today.
Deciding if I'm going to commit to my second full this spring. Need to really see if I think I can find the time with busy work and school schedule. |
