Easy 13.5 miles @ 8:50 AP. This is only my 4th run in two weeks, I have been doing P90X every day and have been concentrating on more full body fitness. I was interested in how my run would go today after running so little the last week. I actualy felt stronger then I have in a long time. The P90X is a great cross training tool "I think". I plan on rotating weeks concentrating on my running one week and my full body fitness the next, hopfully it will help me get some PR's this spring. |
