A little incline tonight. Decided to put in a few slow miles as to not overdue my knee. Went 5 miles at 6 mph and put the TR on a 5% incline. I felt like there was no workout being acomplished for the first couple of miles but once I got warmed up it felt great. After 5 I had a good feeling about it and I burt a bunch of calories. I kind of liked the constant incline. Ususally when I incline it is only for a mile or 2. I'm happy for this day. Hopefully a long steady run tomorrow. |
