Spartan Training today.  Hiked 1 mile in St. George at the Narrows before driving home and then did 1 hour Spartan Training in basement with weight sets at mile markers.  Really pushed upper body workout tonight more then running.  Wore 12 lb Body Glove weight vest while running, burpees and crunches.
