Trying to get back at it after having the sickness rotate through the family over the last week. Ran the first 2 miles with 8 lb weights in each hand, this posed to be tougher then I thought when I left the house. Dropped weights off after 2 and continued on for another 3 miles w/ about 8 min pace. Finished off in downstairs gym w/ 3 sets bench, curls and weighted pull downs. Ended up being a 1 hour work out. Not bad for first workout after sick session. |
