Spartan Training in the basement. 5.2 miles of 6%-8% incline while wearing the 12 lb Body Glove weight vest at a 11 minute pace, stopping at 1/2 mile markers to do sets of curls with both straight bar and dumb bells (40 lbs) and stopping at each mile marker for sets of bench press (155 lbs), weighted pull downs (90 lbs), and 50 ball crunches wearing 12 lb weight vest. Total workout 1 hour 15 minutes. Totaled 40 reps bench press, 40 reps weighted pull downs, 60 arm curls and 150 crunches. Good Sunday workout. |
