Set out for 8 miles and got just 2 away from home and started to feel a little tension in my right IT Band.  I must have pushed my hill last night a little too much.  I turned around and decided not to push it, it's too close to race day to mess around.  I will give it tonight on some profen and try again tomorrow.  (8:12 AP)

Hey Riley

thanks for the message, it is too bad that the trash is in your area also. Hey, good luck on the marathon on the 12th, from looking at your profile, it looks like it might be your 1st marathon. I am sure you get all kinds of advice, but mine is......Start slow...and then go slower. At mile 20, if you are feeling it, pick it up. Mile 20 is really the "halfway" point of a marathon! Cheers! Mike
