New personal best for distance. I ran 8:40's which when I started training was the pace I wanted for my first marathon. I know now that I will be able to improve on that. Now I'm shooting for 8:00's or maybe even better, we'll see.

Awesome distance for a longest run. If you can run that far that fast you can do a marathon. Beyond 22 miles it is all mental anyway. Way to go.

Thanks Jun for the words of encouragement. I now have the distance for a marathon I just need to get my marathon pace down to my half marathon pace (7:30's) I think it will come by June. By the way, I enjoyed the pics you had up of your early morning hike last week. Looked fun. Happy Easter...
