New Perigrines today. Loved them. A little stiff for the first mile on asphalt getting to the trail but once on the dirt I could not believe how well I stuck to ground. I ran the same trail I did two days ago and it was day and night with the new shoes. I even did a VO2 Max mile after I finished up the trail and they felt really good for that. Cut the run short due to Zac having to go run some erends. Finished up with 30 minutes of core, crunches, weights and burpees. Satisfied for Saturday. |
