Smith's Route - 6 miles @ 7:36 pace and then .3 mile cool down around the neighborhood. This is the fastest pace I'v had in a few months. There are a few pretty good inclines on this route, I need to go out and hit a flat 6 and see what I can pace at. Getting a little speed back after a few months of slacking. Finals are over Thursday and then I will have some extra time to train. Felt really good tonight. One year ago tonight I was at the hospital. It's been a good year. |
