Only ran today to warm up for weight training work out. I don't like lifting before my heart and body are going good, which a 2 mile quick run does perfectly. 1st mile about 8:00 pace and then I kicked it up and ran a 6:39 for mile 2 with a .2 mile cool down. 6:39 pace is quick for me since I don't concentrate on much speed training. Then hit the basement for a great Sunday work out.
300 Crunches (3 Sets of 100)
55 bench press (5 Sets of 11)
60 weighted pull downs (4 Sets of 15)
30 arm curls (3 sets of 10)
75 leg lifts (3 sets of 25)
Felt better today then I thought I would after yesterdays 13.6 mile run!
