4 Miles @ 7:45 AP then .5 mile cool down @ a slow jog pace. Then hit the basement gym and finished up with 100 sit ups on the exercise ball, 3 sets of 15 rep bench press and 3 sets of 15 pull downs. Good workout to start off the weekend.
