I felt great and am excited for this week. I am getting some consistent speed back into my workout and I am feeling very strong. I am also getting in some good core exercises most nights after my runs. Not as much tonight though, I had to get showered up and get to class, but I still got in 60 ball sit ups to help out the abs a bit. |
